Refund policy

Customer service is our number one priority. All merchandise is eligible for return within 30 days of purchase with the exception of Health + Beauty items, Sale or Discounted items, and Moon Water Collection (due to their one-of-a-kind nature and to protect our artisans, the fair trade community). Moon Water Items can be exchanged for store credit within 5 business days - a 10% restock. All returns must be processed through the website returns link.
